Hello @Hooman Abrishami and @Asit Sharma , I have a question that likely cross the domains between #DataManagement and #Infrastructure. As a FinServ customer, we have to retain emails 5-years. The "Email Message" object is draining my storage like the Titantic took on water. Building into my renewal now projected capacity (80GB) is going to cost $50K annually. #Facepalm I've asked my CSM @Steven Frers to bring together some resources to talk to me about alternatives, strategies, to better manage that, do something differently - the goal is lets get creative. If I had $50K, I'd rather invest in features than storage. I have to craft a message to leadership about a plan and rationale. What resources do suggest checking? Thanks in advance! Peace, Joseph @True to the Core More

Hello all. I am new to Salesforce and work in sales. I have our website integrated into Salesforce already for our customers to inquire and generate leads. I am looking to expand on that though and link Salesforce with our inventory management system so when we have a customer that wants something that we don't have in stock Salesforce can notify us and the customer automatically when we do have it in. I have an api code from the integration with our inventory management system that we used for our website, but not sure how to go about with it going into Salesforce. We can put the fields under the contact for the inventory we have or can have, we should be able to have some sort of api call from our inventory system correct? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! More
