Field access in the report All, as the system admin I have more columns displayed in the report than other users. I checked the following: Custom object permissions for the users - Create, Read and Edit permissions are given. Could you please let me know what I am missing here. Thank you so much! More

Hello, Thought it might be a good ask for this group. I am trying to find a way to update a field in a Case record based on the life of the case. Basically from when the case record gets created, after a few hours, a SEV level field is increased to the next if it is not closed within that a set time. As this continues, this SEV moves to the next and so on. I thought to use Process Builder, but I am under the understanding that PB only updates based on a user action. You cannot rely on it checking for something like the difference between create date to today's date (in hours) to then create the action to update the field? Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thank you, Oscar More
