Hello, Does anyone have experience working with a real estate investment company that fully leverages all of Salesforce's features to tailor it to their company's needs? I'm curious about best practices and how to structure SF to get the most of out it for an investment company. Background: I'm new to this group and currently learning Salesforce. On the side, I'm working PT and remotely for a real estate investment company in Kansas City. They pay around $30,000 for Salesforce and barely use it! They have no one on staff who can dedicate the time to making it really work for them. Secretly, I'm hoping to eventually become that person! (I'm prepping for the SF Admin Cert and hope to take the test later this summer.) If you have any advice or can point me to any resources I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Mandy More
