can't see my org in org picker

In order to submit a support case, I need to choose the org I want the support for.
But, when I try to view my orgs in order to choose the one I want to connect, it is not there.

How can I get out of this loop? I need to submit a case with support but cannot because trailblazer.me does not see my org!!!

Hi Udi,

Production : If the issue you're facing is in the Production, then you could log a case here : https://help.salesforce.com/orgpicker

Developer sandbox : Developers can get support by logging a case in the Production org and providing the ID of the sandbox.

Free Dev org : I don't think Salesforce provides support for free Dev orgs.Free Developer orgs do not show up under Select your org. Here is an open idea for enabling logging a case for Free Dev orgs

Ensure that the user on that org is using the same email address in which you have linked to your trailblazer.me . Also ensure that the user has permission to raise cases with salesforce support.

Thank you guys!
So how am I going to enable person accounts if I cannot log a case to request it?
Thanks

Person Accounts would be already enabled if you sign up for a Financial Services Cloud trial org. I'm guessing this is the reason why you need to enable the PA feature?

https://help.salesforce.com/orgpicker just shows me where my org isn't listed. The Contact Support button near the bottom only redirects to the exact same page. I can't put in a support case because I can't specify the org!

I've had the same problem for a week.

My error is on the page "https://help.salesforce.com/orgpicker" so I can't open a ticket to report the error.

Did anybody who's having this issue find a way to contact support? We can't call, email, or open a case.  I need support directly from SFDC to resolve my issue.  I've been able to contact support in the past when I accidentally locked myself out of a free dev org.  When did this change?

I am having the same problem - when I click contact support it takes me back to the page where I need to pick an org (but the org isn't showing). This is super frustrating!

So, basically if we cant help each other we should just go lay down in the street? Cool, thanks for the help Salesforce.
This is so insane not a "fun" learning experience...

You could try ringing one of the support numbers? +44-800-092-1223

So, i just called the number, they will only help you over the phone if you have a CASE 1 issue or need to reset your password. "All other problems see contact support" which everyone in this thread can't do...

I am facing the same issue. Wasted almost an hour figuring out that we can no longer open a case from our dev's org anymore. This is super frustating! How do we resolve our issue now.

I'm experiencing the same issue. I need help with an issue on a developer org that I am using to prepare for a certification. This entire process is a circular loop to nowhere. At this point, I'm going to have to create a new org and start over. Very disappointing.
