Account Sharing Rule - Criteria is Owner ID & State

I'm trying to setup an Account sharing rule based on the owner and state. I've tried Account Owner Id equals XYZ and State equals TX. For the owner ID, I've tried the user ID and the actual name. Both are not working when I sign-in as the user that I've given permission to.

Hello,

Could you try to add Account Owner ID as one new line per ID and then use Filter Logic for example (1 OR 2) AND 3?

Thanks, Tom

Hello Kristen,

With Sharing Rules you have different options for sharing records.

(1) Share a Record Based on Owner
When a Record is owned by a User in a Group or a Role you can share the record with another group or role.

(2) Share a Record Based on Criteria
When a Record meets a certain condition then share that record with a Group or Role.

What you are after is the latter, a mockup of how this would like is something like the below

Please note it's not desirable to use IDs in the Sharing Rules or Automations as these may vary for example between Production and Sandboxes.

If this helps please mark as best.

Thanks, Tom

Thanks Tom. Those are the same filters I used and it doesn't work. Can you look at my screen shot and see what's wrong?
