I am following the steps given in the marketing cloud implementation guide ( https://resources.docs.salesforce.com/224/latest/en-us/sfdc/pdf/mc_co_implementation_guide.pdf ). I have installed the manage package but am unable to find "Salesforce Marketing Cloud" under connected apps.
From marketing cloud side, the "Salesforce Integration" setting is already set and hence we see no option of "Upgrade to Connected App" either.
Please suggest how can the "Salesforce Marketing Cloud" connected app be installed in saleforce?
