For Outlook Chatter messages we need the "Account Name" included within subject line individual email.

This will help distinguish a new Chatter or "mentioned you in a post"  & replies and reduce mistakely deleting a Chatter message.   For example, today you have to click within the message to open a case to see its associated account before deciding if you can delete or take another action such as replying.
