I am getting the above error while trying to validate the report.  There is a lot of posts out there where I believe the wrong custom report type is being used.  Some of the discussions talks about using the Custom Report Type 'Users with Volunteer Shift Worker Records' but I believe this is incorrect.

I am using the custom report type 'Accounts with Vol Activities with Vol Jobs'.  I am fairly certain that this is correct because when I make a spelling mistake on purpose by removing the s at the end 'Accounts with Vol Activities with Vol Job', it comes back with an error that it cannot find 'Accounts with Vol Activities with Vol Jobs'.

This is why I do not understand the current error message 'My Top Volunteer Organizations' report is using the incorrect custom report type.

Appreciate any help or suggestions.  Thank you.

I had to create the User record type and it fixed my problem.  There were 3 choices for the Shift Worker record, I had picked the incorrect one.

    Hi Keiji,

I makes no sense to me to use the User with Volunteer Shift Worker Records report type.  But I tried it anyways.  I am now getting this error:  The 'My Top Volunteer Organizations' report is not sorting the correct direction.

I don't understand why it is not complaining it cannot find the 'Accounts with Vol Activities with Vol Jobs' report type when it was doing it before.

This is my new setup.  I don't why it complaining about the sorting now.  Thanks for you help.

    Hi Keiji.

Thanks but that links points to an issue on creating a dashboard component using the report.  It is not the same issue.  Mine is defining the report itself.
