how can I share taken Notes in SF with others that they can edit and not just view?

Just had a look and ...

- Quip is more than what I need and it is not foc

- within Notes I want to allow people to make changes but I do not need the function of simultaneous editing

notes can be seen from my team which has access to the opportunity, therefore no sharing is needed if nothing else than viewing can be admin
