Emails occasionally have a Reply-To email address that's different than the From Address. It appears that when you click Reply in Salesforce, it ignores the Reply-To address and responds to the From Address. Is there a way to have it use the Reply To instead?

For example, we might get an email from info@acmecorp.com with a Reply To of john.doe@acmecorp.com. Clearly the sender intended replies to someone other than the sender, but Salesforce ignores that.

If there's no setting to change, can you create an Action or do something programmatically to make it work?

(For references, here's how you set Reply-To when sending mail from Outlook.)
