Sales Pipeline Overview Lens not working

Hey all, 

I am working to on the Analyze Your Data Over Time module in the Einstein Analytics Desktop Exploration trail. I have done the steps for this lens at least 10 different times in the exact order that the module says I am supposed to. I have deleted everything out and built it up again. I have relaunched the playground and started from scratch but I keep getting the error message listed below. Any thoughts on how I can fix this and be able to move forward?

The 'Sales Pipeline Overview' lens does not appear to have the correct query. Please check the requirements and ensure everything is setup correctly.

Did a ticket with their Help Desk and got a response saying they were aware of the problem and working to fix it. I haven't had a chance to try it again yet but it looks like it's a problem on the back end rather than an issue with us following the directions of the challenge. Will let you know when it goes through as correct.

I suffer from the exact same problem.
I created a new environment, deleted the browser cache and cookies and tried again, but it does not clear.
If anyone knows of a solution, please let me know.User-added image

Experiencing the same. New org, cleared cookies/cache, deleted/recreated and still getting an error:

I also am experiencing the same issue. Completed the steps multiple times following the all steps given but still getting the same error. I have raised a ticket also and now am waiting for their reply. The error states:

Experiencing the same issue.  I was wondering if it has to do with the dates in the dataset.  The leadup to the hands-on challenge references dates for 2016, but the dataset uses 2020-2022 dates.

Yes I created a ticket with them Oct. 25th - they reported that they are aware of the issue and working to fix it. They did not specify how long it would take them to fix the problem so I have just been working on other modules and going back and trying it every so often. If the problem is still not solved by the middle of this week it was my plan to reach out again to see if they could give me a more specific timeline on the fix.

I am having the same issue and does any one have a solution?  I tried by restoring the data set and re created the sales pipeline overview couple of times but issue is still there?

Hi everyone, I've received a response from the Trailhead team. Looks like this is a known issue and their team is working on it, this will be fixed in the next release. So whoever got stuck there can skip that step for now and continue your Trailhead journey. Good Luck!

I was able to complete as well! Glad to have this resolved. On to the superbadge :) @shiva I didn't try anything new, just launched the org and checked the challenge based off steps outlined.

Still experiencing the issue above. Tried multiple times, even deleted all existing lenses on My Exploration app. Any advice on how to negotiate this? Was a particular browser used? I've been using Chrome

I was having trouble, but now the issue has been fixed for me. All I did was push the check challenge button and it worked. I use Chrome. Good luck! Hopefully it's not broken again so soon!!
