Cant open survey sent through email

Hi,

I want to send surveys through email. Email is sent correctly but when I press the button to open the survey I get error:

"We couldn't find the record you're trying to access. It may have been deleted by another user.

This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. Error in $A.getCallback() [Event fired] Callback failed: serviceComponent://ui.interaction.runtime.components.controllers.FlowRuntimeController/ACTION$runInterview Failing descriptor: {markup://flowruntime:flowRuntimeV1}"

I added surveys to community too. 

Can anyone help solve this problem? Thank you!
