SSO & Salesforce Credentials

Obviously admins should always have the option to login with SSO or Salesforce credentials in case of SSO problems, so I know there must be a way to allow for it, but I'm having a hard time finding a simple answer to this: After SSO is set up, can users login with both their federated credentials AND their Salesforce credentials by default? If so, what setting or settings need to be enabled in order to force them to use SSO?

I had to find the user's profile and the app list that the profile had rights to, then I added the I C app.  Thanks for helping out Stephanie.  Mike

Hi Stephanie,

Try going to My Domain
Under My Domain Settings check the Login Policy :  Prevent login from https://login.salesforce.com but this is globally.

As of today it can't be turned on for some specific user. There is an idea which you can upvote for this:
