Multiple Questions- Engagement Studio

Hello, 

I launched a simple engagement studio in hopes to collect incomplete information from our customers (such as missing phone number, last name, etc). The series involves sending email with form to all customers on the list. After launch i ran into numerous issues, looking for some answers:

  1. People are receiving the email multiple times in one day. (they are only on the list once, series is set to wait 15 days before allowing customer to renter series)
  2. Customers are putting blank information into the fields even though all fields are set to *required on the form
  3. Completion rule on the form should drop the tag 'need contact info', this is not happening in some cases
  4. Lastly, we have customers that are putting in new email addresses which creates a whole new prospect. Is there a way to find out what prospect/email they were originally linked to so that i can match them up to an account?
