On the email template I also want to enter the URL for the opportunity page.
So when a job is won and I receive this email, I want to be able to click on the url which would take me to the opportunity page and I can see the information of the project.

Hi,
For Opportunity URL try this--
Open any record on Opportunity and copy the URL before Id and using merge field add Opportunity ID field like --
https://********-dev-ed.my.salesforce.com/{!Opportunity.Id}
