Email relay

We refreshed our developer org from production org, email relay implemented in production org is not added in developer org post refresh..is this salesforce behaviour? Email relay will not be available in org after refresh. Do we need to set up manually?

Pual, you can enable email deliverability on a sandbox from Setup > Deliverability. No need to open a case.

Vaisali, you're asking us a "why" question which we, as non-Salesforce employees, can't really answer. The fact is that email relay wasn't transferred to your sandbox, buf if you want to know why you'll need to open a support ticket.

You need to open a case with Salesforce to enable email send from non-production environments.

It''s to protect you from a bad flow emailling everyone in the company, including the CIO, CEO , etc..

No actuly we are not sending mail from non production, just we need to have components, usually all components will be available in non prod environments after refresh since it is available in production.. But email relay is alone missing.. So we need to set up manually? We wanted to know email relay will not be added as default component during refresh?
