"Add to Nurture List" and "Add to Engagement Studio List" buttons

We're experiencing a couple issues with the buttons "Add to Nurture List" and "Add to Engagement Studio List" and was curious if anyone else had encountered these same issues, and how you fixed them. Our goal is to have sales users in Salesforce add people to Pardot lists to be nurtured.
  • Add to Nurture List: This button has been added to our page layouts, but doesn't show up for everyone. We've adjusted permissions, and I can see the button on leads, but not accounts. Our admin can see it on both, so we know it has been added to the page layout. Does anyone know what permissions are needed to enable someone to see the 'Add to Nurture List' button?
  • Add to Engagement Studio List: While reviewing documentation for a solution to the above, we found a Salesforce note that said they prefer sales reps use the "Add to Engagement Studio Lists" button. However, this isn't on any of our lists of buttons. Is this custom? Is this with only certain types of SF packages?
Thank you,

Hi Travis,

Sorry for the inconvenience. In case you don't receive a response here, may I also suggest joining the Marketing Cloud group below to collaborate with the experts for best practice and advice.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Jayson, we don't have Marketing Cloud.

I've not found any proper documentation on the two options you listed, but we're running into the same thing. I did notice that my "public" lists in our email preference center show up as options that sales users add their prospects to though.
