Hi,

I am unable to complete the challange 3 in FSC specialist superbadge. Any help would be appreciated.Error Details

Hi Abhishek, 

Could you try the following steps?

In App Launcher, search and select 'Rollup By Lookup Configurations'

Then chose List view modle is 'ALL', so you can see a button called 'Run Rules'

In the list, search a rule called: RBLForBankingHH, make sure the rule's status is 'Active' before you run it

Then run this rule and you will see the apex job is completed
Then we can see the 'TOTAL BANK DEPOSITS $35,000' under the account 'Torres-Adams Household', the tab 'Financial Accounts'

Hi Abhishek,
Enable Lightning Knowledge from Classic UI by following these instructions: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=knowledge_lightning_enable.htm&type=5

From Salesforce Classic Setup, enter Knowledge in the Quick Find box and click Knowledge Settings.
If you’re new to Knowledge, enable Knowledge in Salesforce Classic by selecting Yes and clicking Enable Salesforce Knowledge.
On the Knowledge Settings page, click Edit.
Select Enable Lightning Knowledge.
Click Save.

Solution is to enable Rollup Summary
You can follow some steps here https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.financial_services_cloud_admin_guide.meta/financial_services_cloud_admin_guide/fsc_admin_show_disable_rollups.htm

After the above configuration, we can go to the created household account Torres-Adams Household to verify the Total Bank Deposits show the summary balance of Vivian Savings Account (account name Vivian Torres) and Primary Checking Account (account name Scott Adams)

Thank you for your answer. I have followed the steps you have shared. But still not able to resolve the issue. Could you please tell when actually I have to enable the rollup summary.

Roll ups are enabled:

Rules are active and "run rules" is complete. (And waited to "check challenge" until batch job is completed.)

Hi Brook,

When I try to follow your steps and click Run Rules I get this error: The link you followed wasn’t valid for your session. Return to the previous page, refresh it, and try again.

Any idea what this could be or how to fix it?

@Rebecca Gray: I have the same issue. in my case, I forgot to uncheck the show contacts/account checkboxes. After that, the error did not occur and I pass.

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We could not find the Multiple Relationship Groups enabled.

Getting this error in Challenge 3.Can Somebody help?

@Vandana Tiwari,
   1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter custom setting, then select Custom Settings.
    Next to Industries Application Config, click Manage.
    Click Edit.
    Select Multiple Relationship Groups.
    Save your changes.
   2. Uncheck the below yellow marking check box form "FSC AB Client Record Page"

I keep getting the following error:

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
Make sure the Household Rollup Summaries are correctly enabled. Check the Knowledge Article for this superbadge to make sure you did all the configurations necessary and try again.

The set up based on the knowledge article looks correct.  What am I missing?

Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong:
We could not find a Checking Account for Scott Adams with a balance of 10k with Rachel Adams as the Joint Owner. Make sure there is only one account with the name Scott Adams and with the name Rachel Adams
