Error message in Trailhead

Hi All,
I am trying to complete the trailhead: Territory Management Basics . Assign Accounts, Rules, and Users to Territories

But I keep receiving the following error mesage, "There was an unexpected error in your org which is preventing this assessment check from completing: System.QueryException: List has more than 1 row for assignment to SObject."

Can anyone please advise what is wrong?  Thank you very much!!

Generally this error comes when challenge is expecting 1 row to be fetched but more than 1 row is received by thet challenge.

You may need to validate all the steps carefully and see if any step is repeated.

Still issue does not get resolve, I would suggest you to try in new Playground. Sometime due to other tralhead tasks, we could not able to clear the current challenge and its hard to identify old setup which is causing an issue.

Hi Lonnie,

Can you please make sure that you have not created more than 1 Assignment rule. You may need to see recycle bin as well if you have deleted anyone earlier.

Make sure you have only one assignment rule as per requirement

Hi Ankush,
Thanks for your reply.  I checked and I have only 1 assignment rule.  I also cleared my Org recycle bin.
it is called "US East Coast Zip Code."  Any other suggestions?
Thank you!
