Question

Hi Team,

I have field called "FSS Rap" in case level and "FSS Team" When ever i select FSS Rep in the picklist it should automatically update FSS Team Name

Exp: FSS Rep - Prathu

FSS Team Name Should update Prathu Team

Could you help me ASAP

Hi Prathu,  You can update the FSS Team using a CASE function in your update records action in Process Builder. Here is the formula you would use: CASE([Case].FSS_Rep__c, "Prathu", "Prathu Team", "Tony", "Tony Team", "Steve", "Steve Team", null)
