About to reactive a paused Pardot engagement program - noticed there are contacts in each of the steps. Had to freeze the program due to bad or unverified addresses (high hard bounce rates disrupted the IP). How do I go about removing the contacts before restarting with a clean, verified contact list? Or do I have to rebuild the entire campaign? Thanks!

    Hi Sandra, You can add the contacts to a list and use it as a supression list for the engagement program. That would remove the contacts from progressing furthur within the program.
