Non of the activity buttons (Email., New Task, New Event, Log a Call) are showing up on cases

I have checked record types, and for all the Global actions that are not part of a managed package there is a record type selected.

Can you make sure the buttons are available Activity page layout?

Have you added the actions to the Lightning Mobile action section?
If you add the Chatter Lightning component and click on Chatter do you see the Actions there?

Actions on cases appear in a different way than on other records. When feed tracking is enabled for cases, the page-level action menu on those records contains only custom buttons and supported standard buttons. Quick actions appear on the Chatter tab.
