Hi Kathleen,

Sorry to hear that. Salesforce generates this type of error message when it encounters an unhandled exception.

To solve the problem, please try the following:
* In your browser settings, clear all cookies and cache.
* Log out and then log back in.
* Use a different browser.

If that doesn't work, I recommend requesting support from Salesforce at support@salesforce.com

I hope this works. Please let us know here whether these steps resolved the issue.

Regards,

Rolfe

Kathleen,
If you’ve been around Salesforce long enough, you have probably encountered a screen saying "An internal server error has occurred." That screen is what we call a GACK. This message is part of an elaborate system for efficiently bringing these events to the attention of R&D. Click to learn about that system

Usuall when u see gack its better to reach out to support.

Thanks

Rajesh,

I have been around Salesforce for quite sometime but have never run into an error like this. Thank you for the info and feedback. I have already reached out to Salesforce support as well.
