Can you please cross check your package.xml file. Also, try to fetch using the below code if you are able to get all the process and flow
<types>
        <members>*</members>
        <name>Flow</name>
    </types>

This Error I am getting before creating package.xml .Here  I am trying to pull my new clone version of process builder from my scratch org into my local repository.

When I run --> sfdx force:source:Status
It shows Remote add  flow

But When I run --> sfdx force:source:pull
It throws Error "Entity of type 'Flow' named 'Test' cannot found"
