APEX SCRIPT UNHANDLED???

I just received an email that I have never seen before. Can someone explain what it means or if I need to do anything?

From: ApexApplication <info@salesforce.com>

Body: Apex script unhandled exception by user/organization: 0053000000BJBR9/00D30000000p7Yu
Failed to process batch for class '<unknown>' for job id '7070M00002D3bcQ'

Hi Danielle Powell,
check if the user who scheduled the batch has been inactivated. The batch class takes the context of the user who has scheduled it and if it is inactive it would throw such exceptions.

Thank you for your quick response! How do I know which user it is associated with? Should 1 of those numbers mean something?
