I'd like to run a report that shows all my leads and the date of the last time I reached out to them, either by phone (assuming I hve properly logged every call) or by email. I'm looking for a better way than my current process of sending an email and creating a follow up task immediately, every time. This seems like a lot of work, particularly if someone gets back to me -- then I have to adjust the follow up timeline.
I see a lot of conversation in this Q&A from years ago regarding "last activity" and "last modified." I have also read this page: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000326119&type=1&mode=1 and still can't find what I'm looking for.

Thanks for sharing, Suzanne! Erin, when you hear back from support I'd love to hear what report type they have you use as I know a lot of people would be interested in this!
