Hi Everyone,

I am trying to add the App Launcher into my community so certain users can switch between the community and the internal salesforce org and back. So they would be going back and forth multiple times a day.

We are using the Jepson theme and in the Compact Header comment I have the Show App Launcher option selected. However, the app launcher is not showing.

I followed this article: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=community_builder_enable_app_launcher.htm&type=5 but I do not have a navigation menu component in the jepson theme. It's only the Compact Header component and the hero component.

Anyone know how to make the app launcher appear or another way for some users to switch between the community and the internal org?

TIA!

Interesting. I assume you have sufficient permissions to see the app launcher on your profile.

So I'm going to have to make some other guesses. Could there be a CSS override in your community theme that is hiding the app launcher? I have seen CSS rules hide the profile and alerts icons before. Perhaps there is a rule that is affecting the app launcher.
