Email alerts in process builder not working

I am working in my sandbox and setting up some email alerts however it is not working.

On a specific record type and when a specific checkbox is selected I want an email to send. I think I have set up all the criteria correctly and am using an email field on the record to as the recipient for the email alert.

However, I am not getting the emails through to me during testing.

What I have checked:
- my deliverability is set to "all emails"
- the email logs show that emails are being delivered/received (R/D in mail event column)

Any help would be appreciated!

Do you have email deliverability turned on in your sandbox?

Did you check your spam folder in your email client?

Hi Lara S,

 If your using Organization-Wide Email Addresses in email alter, Then check the profile access in Organization-Wide Email Addresses .

And also check the span box in email.

John - I have my email deliverability set to "all emails" in my sandbox.

Jerome - They are not in my junk folder.

Piyush - I'm not using an org-wide email address, I'm using "current user's email address".

Have you checked your user email, i know we manupilate the emails on user records in sandbox so we dont accidentally send them out.

Is the first criteria node stopping it since it is not set to evaluate next criteria?

Yes john is saying right,
If first criteria excute then process builder will be stop so set the the evaluate next criteria.

The user email is my actual email address so shouldn't be a problem?

The first criteria only works if it is a different record type. So the first criteria evaluates if record type = A, whereas the 2nd and 3rd include evaluating if record type = B.

When I have checked the email logs, there appears to be emails in there at the right times so I assume that the process is firing? They just aren't getting through to the emails.

Yes, if it's showing up in the SFDC email logs, you may need to check your company email spam filter and your personal email spam filter.

Hi John, I haven't got any emails in my spam folder so not sure what you mean? And I am getting the Salesforce ones about email logs etc. So not sure what I'm doing wrong...

Are you  passing right email in Finance Email Field on opportunity.

The email is correct. I just tried it with a gmail account and it worked. So it must be something with Outlook... any ideas?

Is this a company email address?  If so, you may want to get with IT to white list the SFDC address:
