I am looking to improve our onboarding and would love any recommendations from the Community.  When bringing in a new hire, our Human Resources team informs us of the Date of Hire and their Job Title.  We used to ask the question of "what Salesforce User should we mimic for Permissions?"  We are looking to get away from that and use the Job Title as the Permission's Source. I currently have an Excel document that tells the onboarding team exactly what Profile, Role, Permission Set, Managed Package Licenses, etc the user needs for their Job Title. But as you can imagine managing the document is a headache.  Mainly around if a Job Title's Permission Sets are updated.   I am looking to bring this into Salesforce via a couple new Custom Objects.  Since you cannot link a "User" to a custom object, I am replicating the Salesforce user (via a flow) so we can link the "Replicated User" to the Custom Object ("Job Title").  The issue I am coming accross is bringing the PermissionSetAssignment for the User to the Job Title.       Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
