How to get a new custom app to show up in Salesforce1 Mobile app?

Working in Lightning...
A while back, I created a custom lightning app/home page in a sandbox. I was able to add it to the mobile app via Salesforce Navigation and view it when the mobile app was connected to the sandbox.

Recently, I migrated this app/homepage to my full sandbox and then into production. But in the Full Sandbox and in Production, the app does not appear in the Salesforce Navigation list so i can't add it to the Salesforce1 Mobile naviagtion.

Is there some step I need to take after moving this via change set to make it visible in the navigation list?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve,

I am assuming you want to add a custom tab in salesforce1. Have you followed the below steps? Are you able to see this tab in the desktop browser through app launcher(9 dots)?
  1. From Setup, click Mobile Administration | Mobile Navigation.
  2. Select the custom tab you just created and click Add.
  3. Sort items by selecting them and clicking Up or Down.
  4. In the navigation menu, items appear in the order you specified. The first item in the Selected list becomes your users’Salesforce1 landing page.

That is my problem, it does not appear in the list under mobile naviagtion.

It does in my sandbox but not in production.

Here it is in the sandbox:

Here it is missing from the list in prod:

That is why I am asking if there is some step I need to take in prod after moving if over from the sandbox using a change set.

Figured out the problem. I had not created a tab in Salesforce for the new app yet. Once that was done the rest was easy.
Thanks everyone.
