Hi - we are a small charity and next year we have 5 people running the London Marathon for us. My question is what is the best way to set these up on Salesforce so we can 

 

a) Email them as a group

 

b) Add the donations each of them raise so we can see both individually and jointly was raised

 

c) Link individuals who donate them money for the event, to the individual runner when we add the donator as a contact.

 

d) Differentiate between people running the London Marathon for us each year.

 

We are new users so have very little experience so please keep it simple!! I am the database administrator.
