How to always display a Pardot form

Hi,
We have multiple Pardot forms on our site. Once a user has completed a form, the next form presented will pre-fill the email field and show the "Not you?" link to reset the form.

When I uncheck the box in the Advanced tab on the Look and Feel section of the form, it removes the Not you link, but doesn't put back the whole form.

I need to have all form fields everytime. How can I do that?

Hi Stephanie,

You need to enable a field to "Always Display" (like the email field always displays) then you may want to consider prefilling the field or no.

Let me know if this helps or not.

Hi Stephanie,

By default, a prospect who fills out a form and then returns to the form page within a ten-minute window will not see the form again and will instead see the Thank You Content. In the majority of cases, this provides better user experience (e.g. prospects who accidentally hit their back button and do not want to fill out a form again to access content).

We recognize that there are situations where you would want the form redisplayed even within a short time window, particularly for comment/feedback forms and have added an option to the completion Actions section of the form wizard. Thanks for everyone who requested the feature!

Note that our forms will still be “intelligent” and will not redisplay any fields that have previously been submitted. The form would only show fields set to always display (such as email address, comments, etc.), any unfilled fields, and any conditional fields that were triggered.

I hope you find the above solution helpful. If it does, please mark as Best Answer to help others too.

Thanks and Regards,
