I just noticed that if I send an email through the CRM to a lead, Salesforce tracks every time I open that email on Salesforce. Is there any way to isolate my opens and show me only the opens by the lead?
I am trying to understand if some leads have opened an email I sent them, but if Salesforce also tracks my own opens, the "last opened on" info is unreliable.
