Process Builder Formula

Guys, I'm a newbie in Process Builder, since the "$Profile.Name" and "$User.Username" variable is not available when using the Conditions, I would need to use a formula for my criteria.

Anyone out there knows how to make the criteria below as a formula in Process Builder? I'm sure it is just a combination of AND and OR

Object: Case

IsClosed = TRUE
AND
Status <> Status1, Status2
AND
Record Type = RT1, RT2, RT3
AND
Language Version <> Language1
AND
Do not notify Contact <> TRUE
AND
Contact Email <> null (blank)
AND
Web Origin <> Web1
AND
$User.Username <> username

Thanks!

Hi Paolo,

You can build your Criteria like below and just add the rest as you have listed in you AND logic:
User-added image

[Case].Owner:User.Username is what I think you are looking for.

Hope this helps!

Hi Paolo,
Please try the below
AND(
[Case].IsClosed ,
CASE([Case].Status ,
"Status1",1,
"Status2",1,
0)=0,
CASE([Case].RecordType.Name,
"RT1",1,
"RT2",1,
"RT3",1,
0)=1,
[Case].Language_version__c <> "Language1",
NOT([CASE].Do_not_notify_Contact__c),
NOT(ISBLANK([Case].ContactEmail)),
[Case].Web_Origin__c <> "Web1",
$User.Username = "Insert Username here"
)
Use insert field button to select the field API Names
If Web Origin, Language Versions are picklist fields the syntax will be as below
TEXT([Case].Language_version__c) <> "Language1"

TEXT([Case].Web_Origin__c) <> "Web1"
