Hello,

I would like to have information about cookies that are used in Salesforce, more specifically I would like to have the specifications regarding active cookies used during navigation.

Thanks.

They offer the following site to review their policies and cookies - https://www.salesforce.com/company/privacy/full_privacy.jsp#.nav_info

And this little blurb - Salesforce issues a session cookie to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session.

The session cookie does not include the user's username or password. Salesforce does not use cookies to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

I needed some specific cookie infor for chat, and had to reach out to Sf Support. They seemed hesitant to provide but finally handed it over. Hope this helps!
