Kindly help me with the easiest and the fastest way to do the below :
1. Need to update the domain of our org:
https://test1-test2.my.salesforce.com/home/home.jsp from this to
https://test2.my.salesforce.com/home/home.jsp
2. Need to update the email ids of all the users from eg: sushma.iyer@test1-test2.com to sushma.iyer@test2.com
3. Also, need to find the areas where this old Email id or URL is hardcoded in metadata to reflect the above changes accordingly.

To update your users email id, then extract all your active users account from dataloader and modify the email address (just replace from test1-test2.com to test2.com), then update user list from data loader.
Also while updating the email id make sure that without notifying olduser -> Setup | Administer | Email Administration | Deliverability. Then change the Access level to "No Access" and save
