Social media dashboard

Does anyone have suggestions on how to make a dashboard that shows how many leads came in from social? I'd also like to report on closed from social as well.

I'd like to have a visual dashboard where I don't have to filter. I'd like to be able to break it out by social type and platform. I see this has been done here: https://www.salesforce.com/blog/2012/08/designing-your-social-media-dashboard-.html

Any help or suggestions on how to do this?
