We use Data.com heavily, so I am concerned with uninstalling it as there are custom fields and apex. I assume this was for Data.com before SF integrated it fully.
Anyone have any idea if I can uninstall it without impacting our current Data.com implementation?

I had faced this issue Earlier.We can uninstall by contacting App provider.Your app is Expired so rise a case with app provider to solve this issue
