Do you mean that no preview is generated at all for these powerpoints, or certain slidesi n the preview don't appear correct?

One restriction on generating preview is the file size.  I think the limit is either 50 or 100 MB for powerpoint files to generate a preview.

If you mean certain slides don't look correct, please describe the contents of the slide.

Certain slides aren't complete.  For example, a text box and a shape will appear, but the contents of the screen shot is blank.  The contents are typically from SAP or Salesforce - I'm not sure if that matters.  Some of my older Powerpoint decks are being displayed fine.  It's more the recent ones I've created and posted that are missing contents on some of the slides.
