Unbounce API Lead creation does not trigger lead assignment rules notification email

Question

We use Unbounce to generate leads from the web. We utilize their API to send the leads to SFDC, and I have a lead assignment rule set to round robbin assign the new leads. I use a template to send email notification to new lead owners. I have this already set-up with Gravity forms and it works great. For some reason, Unbounce is not triggering the email notifications to the new lead owner, although, it is assigning the ownership based on the correct assignment rule. I have read about adding an email trigger to the API header, but I do not have access to Unbounce API calls. Can anyone advise? Thanks.

Hi Andrew,

As per the article below, you would need the EmailHeader with triggerUserEmail set to true to generate the email notifications.
