    Hi Paras,

    Thank you for your email and assistance. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Salesforce for Outlook sidebar version 3.4.2.4 before asking the community for assistance and yet the issue still occurs (all the time, it’s very frustrating). I am using the Chrome 64-bit browser, so the advice regarding IE does not apply. I cleared the cache and all cookies in Chrome and yet that didn’t help either.

    I don’t know what else to try.
