Hi there - I want my team to be able to connect their Outlook emails to leads that are already loaded in salesforce.  When they click the Add Email to SF button in Outlook, the email does not show up as an activity for that lead.

    Do you have your team's outlook synced to Salesforce? I would take a look in settings under email settings, outlook settings, and sync settings.

     

    You should be able to sync a lot of these without having to manually push them to salesforce. 

     

    Another thing to look at is activity sharing settings. You may not be able to see the activities if they aren't sharing the activities.
