Hi All,

I'm attempting to integrate Docusign and CPQ but am running into an issue.

When running through the documentation of how to do this on the steelbrick documentation pages it says to click "Connect". That option is no longer available within the Docusing admin section when viewing with the updated admin interface.

I also am not able to view Salesforce within the Connected Apps section so I'm truly stuck at integrating.

Docusign support is non-existant so I'm hoping someone here has integrated docusign with the new DS Admin UI?

I think I have everything setup on the SFDC side but when trying to Send w/ Docusign button, just to try, I get this error: "The UserID did not identify a User in the system. Contact your Salesforce Administrator for assistance."

   - The VF page on the User page already has a UserID associated to it...

This may be due the version of Docusign you are using. I believe I have read that it requires a Docusign Business Pro licence.

    Hi Michael,

Thank you for the screenshot. It does look like you're missing the Connect link. Are you logged into your Salesforce instance while logged into DocuSign?

I have a case open but am experiencing super slow response times. Case is #03801410 in Docusign.

Am I missing the link in the image below?

    Hi Michael,

Within the new DocuSign experience, there is a link on the left-hand side panel to 'Connect'. From there, you can 'Add Configuration' in order add your Salesforce instance.

If you're not seeing this, please log a case so that we can look into this issue.
