What I was looking for was suggestions on those apps. Had already figured out that you couldn’t do it “out of the box” but was hoping some others had experience using some of the apps and had recommendations on which work better. I have since done some more research on my own and founds S-Docs. It’s free (I think there are charges for templates beyond the first two) for one user and works within Salesforce without having to send data outside Salesforce to another platform. Not quite “drag-and-drop” but it works much like native email templates so it’s pretty easy to figure out how to do a basic profile.
