Global Account Manager is asking how he can access Account information to change "Classification". It seems that when Accounts were originally uploaded into our SFDC they were classified incorrectly as global headquarters or parent company.   How do I resolve this request?

    If you are the Salesforce Administrator for your company, you can grant permissions to the user as needed. If you are not the Salesforce Administrator, you will need to contact them for assistance.
