Hi Pratyanch,
Please go through following document it will help you understand what are the required access for subscribing report for community users.

Also only if you have provided an option for community user to access reports or setup of your Salesforce, they will be able to subscribe the report by themselves else your Salesforce admin should create reports and subscribed with community users.

I was able to successfully subscribe a Customer Community Plus user to a report. They received the email this morning and were able to view the report. When they clicked a hyperlink record, they were not able to access the data (expected). Here are the three steps:

Hi Adam, I'm did everythign you listed and don't see where I can get a Customer Community Pluse user to subscribe. I can't do it and when I use a test account on the portal with a plus licsnse the option doesn't show up. Can you share a screen shot of where you get the portal users email on the subscribution list? I only see users and roles on this list. Any help would and I would be so greatful. Thank you.

@LeonardCadet My apologies on the late response. I didn't see your email come through.

You have to go into Classic to select the Portal User.

  • In Classic, click on the Reports Object in the bar across the top of the screen.
  • Find the folder where the specific report is located.
  • Hover over it and a Push Pin will appear. Click Share
  • Click the 5 more hyperlink and choose Customer Portal Users.

  • Find the name of the Portal User assigned to this project and click Share beside their name. This will determine the level of Access they are being given. Give them ‘Viewer’ access.
  • Click Done
  • Click Close

@AdamVizard

It's nice to hear back from you. So it's only possible to send reports in Classic and not Lightining then?

You have to go into Classic to determine which Portal User(s) should get the report, but the emailed version of the report looks like any other emailed Lightning report. Does that make sense?
