I'm trying to have the full Sales Navigator and CRM sync, mainly to add contact directly from Sales Navigator into the CRM. I'm an admin in both Sales Navigator and Salesforce. I followed all the steps and can now see if an account or contact is already in the CRM, however cannot create it directly from Sales Navigator. Is this only a Salescloud feature, and doesn't work in Servicecloud?
