Find the object that you're reporting on (is it campaign?), and open the fields and relations tab. It should be in there.

With that being said, if you've never played with the object manager before, you really want to go on a sandbox first - or have someone experienced helping you out.

    Dear Amnon,

I have the access right to access Object Manager, where do I see field definition of ROI in Object Manager?

There are no ROI label in our organization.

If this field is calculated automatically, then it most likely is. You'll need to look in the field definition, in Setup->Object Manager. If you don't have access to that, you'll need to ask your system administrator.

    Dear Amnon,

I didn't use any formula, the way I get roi field was shown as below picture

    1. I choose select column

    2. find ROI and drag it out
