Winter '18- Subscribing to Dashboards

I remember seeing/hearing that with the Winter 18 release we would be able to subscribe to (up to 5) Dashboards. I don't see a Subscribe button on the dashboards however. Is this still in beta? How do we enable this function? I have just finished building some dashboards for different sects of our management teams and would like to be able to help them get these dashboards. Thanks.

The subscribe option isn't available on a standard report.  You need to save as a new report and then the subscribe button will be available.

Unable to view the "Subscribe" button on my reports when it's been enabled for my environment:

++,
Report Subscription Notifications are limited to 5 subscribed reports per User. This limit is hard coded and cannot be increased.

still its not available,

Increase the limit on the number of reports a user can subscribe to:

Thanks Naveen- I've been able to subscribe to reports in the past so that is not an issue. When you say that subscribe isn't available on a standard report, do you mean dashboards that pull in standard reports are not available for subscription? I would have to recreate each report that is involved in the dashboard in order to subscribe?

Do you want to subcribe to dashboard or Report..?

Did this get figured out? I am having the same issue! I am a System Admin and do not see the permission for Subscribe to Dashboards nor the Subscribe link (only View, Edit, and Delete).

Hey Stephanie. Not entirely. The resolution for me is that Subscribing to dashaboards is not an option in our Professional Edition. I didn't do much more pushing past that since we are not in Enterprise. It may be an option there.

Darn! I have Enterprise, so hopefully that won't be my issue, but it's still confusing. Thanks for the response!

Hi Stephanie,
According to the official SFDC communication (https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/spring17/release-notes/rn_rd_reports_subscribe.htm), you can subscribe to dashboards in Lightining since the Spring '17 release.
But since the the Spring '18, you can do it ! Just wait the 10th february for the release in production.

Just solved this issue for me today by chance! Hopefully, this works for you, as well!

Go to the dashboard, click edit, click the settings gear, then change the View Dashboard As to either "Me" or "Another Person". Subscribe is NOT available if "The dashboard viewer" is chosen. You may have to refresh the browser.

I have this issue for myself and for several users.  At this point, the only thing I can think of is that they've already reached their limit of 5 subscribed reports/dashboards per user.  This is assuming that a scheduled emailed report in Classic counts against this limit (which I'm not sure of).  Also, there doesn't seem to be anywhere that you can view all of your subscribed/scheduled reports/dashboards in order to manage this function, making it a very painful task to resolve for each user.

Sam - In Summer 18, you definitely can subscribe to Dashboards. So that part of my original question has been answered. The subscribe button is at the top right of the dashboard.
As far as managing what reports or dashboards you are subscribed too- that has also been addressed in the Summer 18 release. Just click on the Reports tab or the Dashboards tab (depending on which you are wanting to see) and there is a Subscribed column in the list view. If you are Subscribed there is a check mark. So you can tell how many you are subscribed to. Each user should be able to check this out for themselves.

Good luck!
