Is there a way to migrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM Advanced Finds to SalesForce (SFDC)?

    You can choose two ways  weare first is Export all data in CSV and other  and import as CSV into SF( or use special import products).

     

    And the second choice is use special connect apps in Appexchange or use some solutions from companies.

    I am not trying to migrate from a legacy salesforce org, I am also not trying to pull data.  I am trying to migrate export definitions or query definition from an on premise Microsoft CRM to a cloud SalesForce CRM. 

     

    One is on premise SQL Server, one is in the cloud on Oracle.  I believe the metadata definitions are a different format (Microsoft uses XML, I don't know what SalesForce uses) and I believe it would most likely need some sort of a tool to translate the metadata about the export query definition.  Not really sure it is even possible.
